3. Use of Services

4. Rewards and Payments

Rewards are granted based on successful completion and validation of activities. Completion alone does not guarantee reward eligibility.

Rewards may be delayed, adjusted, or withheld if:

• Completion cannot be verified by our partners
• Tracking or attribution fails or is incomplete
• Activity is flagged as invalid, duplicate, or fraudulent
• Partner systems reject or reverse the transaction

All reward decisions are final and based on partner validation data and internal review processes.

5. Fraud Prevention and Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a fair environment, users must not engage in activities that undermine platform integrity.

• Creating multiple or duplicate accounts
• Using VPNs, proxies, emulators, or anonymization tools
• Providing false or inconsistent survey responses
• Attempting to manipulate tracking or attribution systems
• Engaging in automated or scripted interactions

We use automated detection systems and manual review processes to identify such behavior.

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or permanently terminate accounts
• Withhold, cancel, or reverse rewards
• Restrict access to certain offers or features

These actions may be taken at our sole discretion where activity is reasonably deemed non-compliant.

6. Partner and Third-Party Services

Surveys and offers are provided by third-party partners. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or decisions made by these partners.

Partner systems independently determine eligibility, qualification, and completion status.

7. Tracking and Attribution

Proper tracking is required to validate participation and allocate rewards.

Users must:

• Complete offers in a single session where required
• Avoid using tools that interfere with tracking mechanisms
• Ensure cookies and tracking technologies are enabled

We are not responsible for reward loss due to tracking failures outside our control.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your activity is flagged as suspicious or fraudulent
• Required by partner or regulatory obligations

Upon termination, any pending or unverified rewards may be forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of rewards due to tracking or partner issues
• Service interruptions or system errors
• Decisions made by third-party partners

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
